采用理论校核和有限元分析两种方式,对冷矫直机辊系承载能力进行了分析。二者计算结果比较接近,证明了所采用的有限元模型是正确和精确的。并利用所采用的有限元模型,对实际支承辊辊型条件下冷矫辊系承载能力进行了分析,计算结果与实际情况相吻合。
The theoretical analysis and finite element analysis are used to analyze the bearing capacity of cold straightening rollers. The calculated results of the two are relatively close, which proves that the finite element model adopted is correct and accurate. The bearing capacity of the cold straightening roller system under the condition of actual back-up roll is analyzed by using the finite element model. The calculated result is consistent with the actual situation.
