用银染技术观察研究53例卵巢囊腺性肿瘤中核仁组成区相关蛋白(AgNORs)的数量、大小及分布情形。结果表明,良性肿瘤之AgNORs均数低于交界性肿瘤、交界性肿瘤低于恶性肿瘤(P<0.01);良性肿瘤AgNORs颗粒小于恶性肿瘤。三组之间存在相互重叠现象。浆液性肿瘤与粘液性肿瘤AgNORs的数量及大小亦有显著差异。各组AgNORs在核内的分布无明显差别(P>0.05)。结果提示,AgNORs定量检测对鉴别良性、交界性及恶性卵巢囊腺性肿瘤有参考意义。
The number, size and distribution of AgNORs in 53 cases of ovarian cystadenocarcinoma were observed by silver staining technique. The results showed that the mean number of AgNORs in benign tumors was lower than that in borderline tumors and the borderline tumors were lower than those in malignant tumors (P <0.01). The positive rate of AgNORs in benign tumors was smaller than that in malignant tumors. Three groups overlap each other. There was also a significant difference in the number and size of AgNORs between serous and mucinous tumors. The distribution of AgNORs in each group had no significant difference (P> 0.05). The results suggest that AgNORs quantitative detection of differential diagnosis of benign, borderline and malignant ovarian cystadenocarcinoma has reference value.
