我省次生林较多,适合做段木栽培的林木品种丰富,由于木耳代料袋栽的要求条件较高,栽培难度较大,所以段木栽培黑木耳在我省还有很大优势。不过我省广大菇农目前栽培管理比较粗放,广种薄收,靠天吃饭的思想还很严重,往往事倍功半,管理技术急需改进。现将木耳地沟式段木栽培高产技术介绍如下: (一)供试菌种 黑木耳8801,引自黑龙江省微生物研究所,菌种制备同常规。
