电荷耦合器件是一种发展前景良好的半导体集成电路,该电路可用于彩色成像、信号处理等相关领域。文章介绍一种用CCD321型电荷藕合器件设计的梳状滤波器,目的在于探讨使用这种器件做视频信号处理的可行性。以电视视频信号处理为平台,研究视频色度信号的分离结果。实验证明,用这种器件设计的梳状滤波器能较好的分离出色度视频信号的两个分量,其延时误差不超过±3ns,副载波相位误差不超过±5°,是一种理想的视频信号处理器件。
The charge-coupled device is a promising semiconductor integrated circuit that can be used in related fields such as color imaging, signal processing and the like. This article describes a CCD321 type charge coupled device designed comb filter, the purpose is to explore the feasibility of using this device to do video signal processing. With video signal processing as a platform, the result of video chrominance signal separation is studied. Experiments show that the comb filter designed by this device can separate the two components of the chrominance video signal well, the delay error is less than ± 3ns and the subcarrier phase error is less than ± 5 °, which is an ideal Video signal processing device.
