Abstract Objective To determine the incidence of ventricular fat replacement and gadolinium delay enhancement (LGE) in cardiac MRI seen in patients with arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia / cardiomyopathy (ARVD / C) and its relationship with disease severity. Methods The retrospective study was approved by the Ethics Committee and complied with the HIPAA Act, and all subjects signed informed consent.
