在我国的大学英语界,主体与客体的关系研究越来越深入,以“教师为中心”的教学模式正在被以“学生为中心”的教学理念所取代。新的教学理念下,教师的角色被赋予了新的内涵。教师不再是一直以来担当的管理者和监控者的角色,而是集管理者、监控者、示范者、辅导者、信息提供者于一身的“复合角色”。本文对新时期教师的角色进行了重新定位,同时提出了新旧角色实现顺利对接的途径。
In the college English world in our country, the relationship between subject and object is studied more and more. The teaching mode of “teacher-centered” is being replaced by the teaching concept of “student-centered”. Under the new teaching concept, the teacher’s role has been given a new connotation. Teachers are no longer the managers and supervisors that have always been the role they play. Instead, teachers are “composite roles” that combine managers, monitors, demonstrators, mentors, and information providers. In this paper, the role of teachers in the new era has been repositioned, and at the same time put forward the way for the succession of new and old roles.
