目的:探讨创伤性支气管断裂诊断和治疗方法,提高诊断率及治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析4例创伤性支气管断裂患者的临床资料。结果:术后支气管吻合管腔通畅,局部无狭窄发生。患者均痊愈出院。结论:支气管断裂治疗原则是明确诊断后早期手术。
Objective: To investigate the methods of diagnosis and treatment of traumatic bronchial rupture, to improve the diagnostic rate and therapeutic effect. Methods: The clinical data of 4 patients with traumatic bronchial rupture were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The postoperative bronchial anastomosis lumen patency, no local stenosis. Patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion: The principle of bronchial rupture is to confirm the early postoperative diagnosis.
