健身监测仪跟踪并记录身体的运动状况,从而达到提高健康水平的目的。通过测量大量的参数,如心率、体温、运动距离和时间,一个手表式设备可以收集信息并将结果显示给用户。心率记录带可以测量脉搏,有时也会记录体温,并对记录信号进行数据转换,将数据无线传送到手表加以显示。还可以选择计步器,根据跑步者节奏判断跑步距离,计步器会将数据无线传输给手表进行显示(图1)。某些健身监测仪则利用GPS测量行走距离,替代计步器的功能。这些系统都开始逐渐转向无线数据传输,毕竟在运动中要求用户“接上”监测仪来收集数据非常不方便。
Fitness monitor track and record the physical condition of the body, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the health level. By measuring a large number of parameters such as heart rate, body temperature, exercise distance and time, a watch-like device can gather information and present the results to the user. Heart rate recording can measure the pulse, and sometimes record the body temperature, and the recording signal data conversion, wireless transmission of data to the watch to be displayed. You can also choose a pedometer, judging running distance based on the rhythm of the runner, the pedometer will wirelessly transmit the data to the watch for display (Figure 1). Some fitness monitors use GPS to measure walking distance instead of pedometer functionality. These systems are beginning to move toward wireless data transfer, after all, requiring the user to “connect” the monitor to collect data during exercise is inconvenient.
