开展巡视工作.是创新监督方式、完善监督职能、加强源头治理的有效举措.对于深入推进反腐倡廉和党员干部队伍建设.将发挥不可替代的重要作用。胜利油田党委于2007年8月开始,结合胜利油田生产经营点多、面广的实际.专门组织力量成立了巡视组,到2008年6月底,先后对9个处级领导班子及其成员进行了巡视.共进行个别谈话2376人次,谈话人员包括处、科级干部、专家劳模、离退休职工代表等.下发收回调查问卷991份.先后召开矿(队)基层干部职工座谈会53个.受理群众来信、手机短信举报30件(次).向被巡视单位书面反馈有关情况及意见建议52条.与领导班子成员进行廉政谈话25人次.移交有关部门案件线索7件(次).有效拓宽了监督渠道.延伸了监督触角.提高了监督力度,初步探索出一条有效开展巡视工作的路子。
