《武器装备质量管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)对武器装备质量管理提出了更高的要求,中国工程物理研究院将以《条例》颁布实施为契机,进一步提高科技人员的质量意识,确保《条例》不折不扣地贯彻落实,以设计质量、生产质量、工作质量保证产品质量。进一步落实科研生产质量责任认真做好质量工作策划。结合科研生产任务特点,将质量工作的总体目标和要求进行细化、分解落实到人。
The Regulations on the Quality Control of Weaponry and Equipment (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) put forward higher requirements on the quality management of armament and equipment. China Academy of Engineering Physics will take the opportunity of the promulgation and implementation of the “Regulations” as a turning point to further improve the quality awareness of science and technology personnel and ensure “Regulations” be fully implemented, to design quality, production quality, quality of work to ensure product quality. To further implement the responsibility of scientific research and production quality conscientiously do a good job quality planning. Combined with the characteristics of research and production tasks, the quality objectives of the overall work and requirements refinement, decomposition and implementation of people.
