2012年在贵州省毕节市以中国樱桃玛瑙红1年生枝条为试材,进行了高空压条育苗试验。结果表明,以不同培养土和不同相对含水量作压条基质对高空压条苗根系生长及成活影响较大;以相对含水量70%消毒表土(0~20 cm土层)或40 cm以下不消毒土作压条基质,压条苗生根效果好,有效根数量多,根系长度多在7~11 cm,苗成活率在90%以上,当年冬季可出圃优质苗木。
In 2012, in Bijie City, Guizhou Province, China, an annual branch of Chinese cherry agate red was taken as test material to carry out the experiment of raising seedlings at high altitude. The results showed that the growth and survival of the root system of the airlock seedlings were greatly influenced by the different culture media and different relative water content. The relative water content of 70% disinfection surface soil (0 ~ 20 cm soil layer) or non-sterile soil As pressing substrate, rooting effect is good, effective root number, root length more than 7 ~ 11 cm, seedling survival rate of more than 90%, then winter can nursery high-quality seedlings.
