目的探讨联合检测糖尿病肾病患者糖化血红蛋白和尿微量清蛋白(mAlb)和α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)含量对诊断糖尿病肾病的意义。方法采用离子交换色谱-分光光度计法检测血液糖化血红蛋白,用免疫比浊法检测尿mAlb和α1-MG。结果糖尿病肾病患者糖化血红蛋白和尿中的mAlb、α1-MG浓度比正常对照组均有不同程度增高(P<0.05)。结论糖化血红蛋白和尿中mAlb、α1-MG在糖尿病肾病诊断中具有重要意义,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the significance of the combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin (mAlb) and α1-microglobulin (α1-MG) in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Hemoglobin A1c was measured by ion exchange chromatography - spectrophotometer. Urinary mAlb and α1 - MG were detected by immunoturbidimetry. Results The concentrations of mAlb and α1-MG in patients with diabetic nephropathy were higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05). Conclusions Glycated hemoglobin and urine mAlb, α1-MG in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy is of great significance, worthy of clinical promotion and use.
