“双师型”教师有院校培养模式、校企合作培养模式、校本培养模式、自我生成模式四种培养模式。我国“双师型”教师培养目前存在培养机制不健全、资格认证标准不一、缺乏激励机制、专兼职“双师”比例不合理等问题,应深化校企合作培养“双师”的力度,确立“双师型”教师评定的科学标准,完善“双师型”教师培养激励机制,“走下去”“请进来”稳定“双师”队伍。
