本文采用组织化学方法对大鼠子宫内膜3β-HSD的分布及性周期酶活性变化和切除双侧卵巢一月后酶活性改变进行了研究。实验选用成熟雌性wistar大鼠,体重200~280g,连续阴道涂片,选出性周期为4天者37只.随机分为动情间期(9只),动情前期(8只),动情期(10只),动情后期(10只)。每组动物均在性周期的同一期颈椎错位处死.恒冷箱中行冰冻切片,厚10μm。另按上述标准选用8只雌性Wistar大鼠作为手术组,切除双侧卵巢和卵巢-子宫连接部.术后一月同天处死,取子宫行冰冻切片厚10μm.染色方法参照Wattenberg法稍作改动。采用Parthasarathy等评级方法,根据切片着色的深浅划分为四级,进行半
In this paper, histochemistry was used to study the distribution of endometrial 3β-HSD and the changes of the activity of the cyclic enzyme in the rat endometrium and the changes of enzymatic activity in the ovariectomized rats after one month. Mature female wistar rats weighing 200-280g were used in this study, 37 consecutive vaginal smears were selected and were randomly divided into 4 groups: nocturnal (9), anterior estrus (8), estrus 10), late estrus (10). Each group of animals were sacrificed in the same period of the cervical spine dislocation during the sexual cycle.
