本文对实验性氟中毒鸡胚股骨进行了光镜、电镜观察及骨组织计量学研究。结果表明,实验组股骨骨小梁表面成骨细胞密集分布,多为立方状。矿化骨减少,类骨质增加。骨形成指数大于对照组,骨吸收指数无显著性变化。实验组类骨质中Ⅰ型胶原纤维明暗相间的横纹不清,胶原肿胀,板层结构紊乱。以上结果提示,氟对胚胎成骨细胞有刺激作用,成骨作用加强,但成骨细胞产生异常的胶原纤维,类骨质矿化障碍,出现骨软化。
In this paper, experimental fluorosis chick embryo femur were observed by light microscopy, electron microscopy and bone tissue measurement studies. The results showed that the osteoblasts in the experimental group were densely distributed on the surface of the femur and trabecular bone, mostly cubic. Mineralized bone decreased bone-like increase. Bone formation index is greater than the control group, no significant change in bone resorption index. In the experimental group, type Ⅰ collagen fibers showed unclear stripes, collagen swelling and lamellar structure disorder. The above results suggest that fluoride stimulates embryonic osteoblasts and enhances osteogenesis. However, osteoblasts produce abnormal collagen fibers, osteoid mineralization disorders and osteomalacia.
