一、历史与现状生物洁净室(B.C.R)于1966年1月创立于美国新墨西哥州阿尔布开克市之巴塔恩(Bataan)纪念医院。该洁净室为垂直层流式的生物洁净手术室。比这更早,英国威根市赖廷顿医院(查恩利)进行股关节全置换手术,为防止空气感染,对手术室的空调技术逐步地进行了改进。最后的系统也同样是垂直层流式生物洁净室方式,于1966年6月起开始使用。此后,生物洁净室不仅用在人工关节手术、胸部外科手术、移植手术等方
I. History and Current Status The Biological Clean Room (B.C.R.) was founded in January 1966 at the Bataan Memorial Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The clean room is a vertical laminar biological clean operating room. Earlier than this, Leidenton Hospital (Chenley) in Wigan City, United Kingdom, performed a total femoral joint replacement procedure. In order to prevent airborne infections, the air-conditioning technology in the operating room was gradually improved. The final system was also a vertical laminar biological clean room, and it was used since June 1966. Since then, biological clean rooms have been used not only in artificial joint surgery, thoracic surgery, transplant surgery, etc.
