随着我国经济水平的提高,城市进程的加快,建筑行业得到了突飞猛进的发展。但由于建筑企业正在不断的增多,促使建筑市场行业之间的竞争是越来越激烈。因此,建筑企业要想在竞争激烈的建筑市场立足,就必须重视建筑工程项目中的造价管理与成本控制,这样才能为建筑企业带来更理想的经济效益,进而促进建筑企业可持续发展。本文通过对建筑经济中的造价管理与成本控制的重要性进行阐述,对其中存在的问题进行研究,并采取了有效措施来加强建筑经济中造价管理与成本控制工作,使其希望能够为建筑企业未来发展奠定基础。
With the improvement of China’s economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the construction industry has enjoyed rapid development. However, due to the ever-increasing number of construction companies, the competition among the construction market industries is getting more and more intense.
