肖县岱河琉浚工程,动员十一万劳力,全力突击二十一天,于去年十二月初全部完工。治理标准达到三年一遇,治理长度为五十华里,完成土石方一百六十万立米(均为难方)。通过治理,可使沿河三十万亩易涝农田改善排水条件。岱河由于二十年来没有治理,河床淤塞严重,影响洪水宣泄,年年有灾,去年汛期沿河二十万亩农田受淹,其中棵粒无收的有十万亩。肖县县委下决心把它作为去冬重点水利工程抓好。这项工程所以又快又好地完成任务,主要的经验是:(一)指导思想明确,真正把兴修水利作为农业增产的突破口抓紧抓好。(二)领导决心大,县专门设立岱河疏浚工程指挥部,
