自从本刊发起对《“高射炮”式山水管装置要不要改进?》问题的讨论以来,陆续收到很多同志来稿,热烈参加讨论。对这些来稿,除已发表十几篇以外,其余来稿由于本刊篇幅所限,未能一一披露,谨致歉意。从来稿中可以看到:多数同志认为“高射炮”式山水管装置是不合理的,但也有少数同志认为也不应该一概否定。总之,这个问题,已经引起了很多同志的注意。最近,本刊请农业部农田水利局尹青工程师写了一篇文章,我们同意他的看法,现发表于下,作为这个讨论题的小结。

We agree with his view and are now published here as a summary of this discussion.
