商丘,地处豫皖苏鲁四省的结合部,背依黄河,南控江淮,古有“豫省门户”之称,是中原古文化的发祥地之一,也是古今兵家争夺的战略要地。今天,在这片英雄血染的红土地上,一位关心支持国防建设的好书记的动人事迹,在广袤的豫东平原上被传为佳话。他,就是商丘市委书记、市人武部党委第一书记朱永勤。10多年来,他先后担任三个县(市)委书记,但对国防建设忠诚不渝,痴心未改。
Shangqiu is located in the junction of the four provinces of Yu, Wan and Anhui provinces.
