研究了细叶桉CTMPH2O2漂白中的各个影响因素,即H2O2、NaOH、Na2SiO3、MgSO4的用量以及浆浓、温度和反应时间对纸浆漂后白度及返黄值(PC值)的影响。实验表明,提高浆浓,增大H2O2用量及NaOH用量都对提升纸浆白度有积极的作用,但超过一定限度时,会引起白度稳定性下降;Na2SiO3用量增加能提高纸浆白度,且PC值下降;MgSO4会导致白度损失和轻微的泛黄问题;温度和漂白时间对白度和PC值影响不大。细叶桉CTMPH2O2的最佳漂白工艺条件:浆浓15%,H2O23.7%,NaOH3%,Na2SiO32%,MgSO41%,温度70℃,时间2h。在此条件下,纸浆的白度可以达到82%ISO,PC值为0.8。
The effects of H2O2, NaOH, Na2SiO3 and MgSO4 on the bleaching of Eucalyptus urophylla × Eucalyptus CTMPH2O2 and the influence of pulp consistency, temperature and reaction time on bleaching whiteness and yellowing value (PC) of pulp were studied. Experiments show that increasing pulp consistency, increasing the amount of H2O2 and NaOH dosage have a positive effect on enhancing the whiteness of the pulp, but when it exceeds a certain limit, the stability of the whiteness will decline; the increase of the amount of Na2SiO3 can increase the whiteness of the pulp and the PC Value decreased; MgSO4 led to loss of whiteness and slight yellowing; temperature and bleaching time had little effect on whiteness and PC value. Eucalyptus Eucalyptus CTMPH2O2 the best bleaching conditions: pulp concentration 15%, H2O23.7%, NaOH3%, Na2SiO32%, MgSO441%, temperature 70 ℃, time 2h. Under these conditions, the whiteness of the pulp can reach 82% ISO and the PC value is 0.8.
