研究分离细小纤维、氯化及碱抽提后浆料的洗涤方式对进一步脱除竹材溶解浆木素及改善浆粕溶解性能和反应能力的影响,摸索了优化后的漂白工艺:细小纤维分离率约8%,氯化时间30min,用氯量3%,采用稀碱液对碱抽提后浆料洗涤,并用优化后的工艺路线制取了低木素含量、较高溶解性能的精制漂白竹材溶解浆。
