目的:分析不同心肌损伤标志物用于儿童心肌损伤疾病诊断的应用价值。方法:选取我院2016年1月-2016年9月收治的186名经确为心肌损伤性疾病患者对其进行心肌损伤生化标记物检测,对比分析其诊断结果及特异性。结果:pro-BNP对心肌损伤疾病诊断灵敏度高于Mb、CK-MB、hTNI及Hcy;同时,Mb出现时间、达峰时间均短于CK-MB、hTNI,另hTNI恢复时间短于Mb、CK-MB,上述数据,经统计学分析,其P值小于0.05,说明其数据差异具有统计学意义。结论:五种心肌损伤标志与患者疾病发展与治疗密切相关,在临床具有较大的可利用价值。
Objective: To analyze the value of different myocardial injury markers in the diagnosis of myocardial injury in children. Methods: One hundred and sixty-eight patients with myocardial damage who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to September 2016 were enrolled in this study. The biochemical markers of myocardial injury were detected and their diagnostic results and specificity were compared. Results: The diagnostic sensitivity of pro-BNP to myocardial injury was higher than that of Mb, CK-MB, hTNI and Hcy. Meanwhile, the appearance time and peak time of Mb were shorter than CK-MB and hTNI, and the recovery time of hTNI was shorter than Mb and CK -MB, the above data, the statistical analysis, the P value of less than 0.05, indicating that the data were statistically significant differences. Conclusion: Five kinds of signs of myocardial injury are closely related to the development and treatment of patients’ diseases, and have great value in clinical application.
