目的:分析研讨枸缘酸咖啡因与氨茶碱治疗早产儿呼吸暂停的临床疗效。方法:用随机抽签方式,从我院2015年3月至2016年5月期间收治的早产儿呼吸暂停患儿中,抽取60例纳入到讨论中,用随机数字法分2组进行讨论,每组各30例,对照组接受氨茶碱治疗,研究组接受枸缘酸咖啡因治疗,观察治疗状况,如疗效、症状消失时间、不良反应等,并对比。结果:对比治疗总疗效,研究组与对照组(86.67%vs70%),组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组患儿呼吸暂停次数、症状消失时间、持续发作时间,研究组均低于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比不良反应总发生率,研究组与对照组(10%vs26.67%),组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗早产儿呼吸暂停疾病可将枸缘酸咖啡因列入到首选药物中进行选择,安全可靠,疗效突出,促进各症状改善,值得应用和推广。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of caffeic acid and caffeine in the treatment of apnea in premature infants. Methods: Sixty patients with apnea in preterm infants admitted from March 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups for discussion The control group received aminophylline treatment. The study group received treatment with caffeic acid citrullinated caffeine to observe the treatment status, such as curative effect, disappearance of symptoms, adverse reactions, etc., and compared. Results: The total effect of treatment was compared between the study group and the control group (86.67% vs 70%). The data of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Comparing the number of apnea, symptom disappear time and continuous attack time in both groups, the study group were lower than the control group, the data between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions, the study group and the control group (10% vs26.67%), the data between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical treatment of apnea diseases in preterm infants can be included in the choice of caffeine as the preferred drug, safe and reliable, effective, and promote the improvement of the symptoms, it is worth to apply and promote.
