汽车工业将成为国家重要的支柱产业,并消耗大量的原材料及燃料,因此提高原材料国内自给率是我们的一项重要工作。汽车材料的构成迄今仍是以钢铁为主,辅以有色金属和非金属,因此材料技术工作仍应以主要力量解决好钢铁材料方面的问题,生产安排适当人力、物力注意有色金属和塑料的发展。汽车材料开发工作任务主要来源于适应资源、提高汽车质量、配合产品设计及工艺上的技术开发和降低成本方面的要求,并要及时采用各材料学科本身发展的成果。汽车工业并应积极采取各种有效措施,促进材料工业的发展。一切汽车材料开发工作还要注意立足于生产上的实际应用,以求得巨大的社会效益。本文最后提到如何在现生产中积极慎重地推动技术进步,视量变为质变和注意贯彻洋为中用的方针、努力吸收消化国外的先进成果,使我国材料开发工作既立足于自主开发、又吸收消化世界上的先进成果。开发汽车材料,首先是战略性的判断和布局,然后才是为实现目标对具体问题的处置。不论对待宏观的或微观的问题,都要依据基本事实和数据,并不断在实践中验证和修正认识。只有通过扎扎实实的工作,才能有所前进。
The auto industry will become an important pillar industry in the country and will consume a large amount of raw materials and fuels.
