Since the middle of this century, the share economy has achieved extensive and rapid development in Western countries. Looking at the countries of the world today, the stock economy presents the following ten major development trends. One of the trends: the generalization of the stock system. At present, the stock system has been concentrated in the past from the tertiary industries such as transportation, finance, and insurance to various industries and departments. Taking the United States as an example, the assets of the joint-stock companies account for more than 80% of the total assets of enterprises in the country. Sales accounted for about 90% of the total sales of enterprises in the country. Joint-stock companies, especially large companies, control the lifeline of the entire national economy. The second trend is the standardization of the stock system. In order to ensure the normal and orderly operation of the social economy, Western countries have formulated a relatively complete set of joint-stock laws and regulations, including: corporate law, securities law, securities trading law, securities investment protection law, bankruptcy law, etc. These regulations govern the establishment, funding, organization, management, merger, dissolution and liquidation of companies, and stocks.
