对梅钢2号高炉一代炉役后期的护炉生产实践进行了总结。通过采取调整风口而积、控制铁水成分、加强铁口深度管理等措施,达到了安全生产的目的,并保持了一定的产能水平,取得了指标的优化。
The paper summarizes the production practice of the furnace protection in the later stage of MeiSteel No.2 blast furnace. By taking the measures of adjusting the tuyere, controlling the hot metal composition and strengthening the depth management of the iron mouth, the safety production has been achieved and a certain level of production capacity has been maintained. The index has been optimized.
