一、血小板功能检测代表血小板功能的许多指标,经过多年的临床验证,对许多指标已有了新的评估,发展了一些新的项目,与逐渐淘汰了一些应用价值有限的指标.出血时间(BT)由于不能证明与血小板数,与体内血小板功能,与疗效判断,与出血的预示,以及进行方法标准化后仍未能改进BT 的上述不足,在1990年已对此项指标的临床应用价值提出疑问.事实上,BT 延长不仅受血小板数量与质量的影响,也受红细胞数(比容)和凝血因子缺乏的影响.目前国内提出的出血时间测定的替代方法价值正在评估中.粘附性测定无论是体内法和体外法(玻球法,玻珠柱法),均是代表血小板粘附和聚集功能的总体结果,并不能单独反映血小板粘附能力,目前在临床上仅限于少数出血性疾病中的应用.血小板聚集试验从1962年 Born倡导至今,在作为遗传性血小板功能性疾病
