在不增加投资总额、不提高等级标准的前提下,如何将住宅设计得更为适用,功能更趋完善合理,一直是设计人员苦苦以求的目标。近年来,我们在住宅设计中从实际出发,对一些传统习惯做法进行了尝试性的改进,取得了良好效果。 生活阳台封闭后安放煤气灶 近年来用户自行封闭生活阳台的事已屡见不鲜。也有不少建设单位要求我们施工图设计时,将阳台封闭或留好封闭阳台预埋件。阳台封闭后其功能有所改变。绝大多数住户将煤气灶安放于封闭后的阳台上,而厨房则成了小餐厅或兼为它用。居住条件得到明显改善。

After the balcony is closed, its function has changed. The vast majority of households place the gas stove on the closed balcony, while the kitchen becomes a small restaurant or serves it. The living conditions have been significantly improved.
