前不久,“金砖四国”(巴西、俄罗斯、印度和中国)外交部长在俄罗斯叶卡捷琳堡举行了一天会议。四国外长商定,他们除继续在今年联合国大会期间再次会晤外,将在印度举行下次会议。中俄印三国外长还欢迎巴西关于召开四国经济或财政部长会议以讨论全球经济和金融问题的倡议。这表明,“金砖四国”在组织机制方面已经“更上一层楼”了,而且可望向峰会和更广泛的合作领域发展。
Not long ago, the foreign ministers of the BRIC countries (Brazil, Russia, India and China) held a one-day meeting in Yekaterinburg, Russia. The four foreign ministers agreed that they will hold the next meeting in India, in addition to continuing to meet again during this year’s UN General Assembly. The foreign ministers of China, Russia and India also welcome Brazil’s initiative on convening a meeting of the four countries’ economic or finance ministers to discuss global economic and financial issues. This shows that the BRIC countries have already enjoyed some improvement in their organizational mechanisms and are expected to make their way to summits and to wider cooperation.
