患儿男性,1岁9个月,因自幼视物时双眼左斜,面向左转,于1986年9月16日就诊。患儿于生后6个月方能认出父母,无眼红及限外伤史。足月顺产,家族史阴性,其母孕期无发烧及服药史,父母非近亲结婚。检查:患儿一般情况良好,体重11kg,头颅及面部无畸形,四肢正常,心肺无异常发现,腹部平软,肝脾不肿大。眼部情况:视力未查,视物时双眼左斜,面部左转,双眼球运动不受限,双眼交替遮盖,左眼呈不
