酚磺酞(酚紅)为一种标示药,临床上用其0.6%的注射液,以檢查肾功能。本制剂因用途有限,多無现成制品出售,医院需用时大都自行配制。关于本制剂的制作方法,本刊1卷8期及2卷9期介紹过配制經验,前者与1953年版中国药典及第十四版美国药典所载方法差別不大;后者改进的地方较多,但两种方法均经本单位采用試制,仍未获得令人滿意的效果,现將作者改进的制法及理論根据介紹如后,特提供参考讨论。酚磺酞在水中的溶度約为1∶1300,醇溶度約为1∶350。易溶于氢氧化硷及碳酸硷溶液中。
