第二次就业是每一个人都不愿意面对的,但是在社会竞争日益加剧的今天,这一问题却越来越现实地摆在了毕业生面前。那么我们应当以怎样的心态来面对这一个问题呢?一、我们的困惑:为什么面临第二次就业什么样的人可能会面对第二次就业呢?简而言之,是自身素质存在一定不足的人。比如:在大学期间不能很好地遵纪守法,受到法纪政纪处分的人;学习成绩不佳,大学期间出现多科补考的人;学历层次不高或所学专业需求较少的人;心理素质有一定缺陷的人;自身体貌特征存在一定残疾的人,等等。但是问题好像又不这么简单。人们常常议论的一个话题是:现今的社会变得如何如何实际。其实如果理性地思考一下,这种“实际”也许更加符合市场经济的要求——正常的市场追求合法标准之下的利益最大化或者效率的最高化,在人才选择的标准上,无疑更看重所聘人才能否给单位带来这种现实的好处。
