目的掌握株洲市城区致倦库蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷、仲丁威等4种常用卫生杀虫剂的抗药性情况,为合理使用杀虫药剂、科学制定控制对策,提高控制效果提供依据。方法采用浸渍法检测致倦库蚊Ⅳ龄期幼虫对4种卫生杀虫剂的半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果与实验室敏感品系比较,致倦库蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷、仲丁威的抗性系数分别为17 351.63、12 292.29、45、37.62。结论株洲市城区的致倦库蚊对4种杀虫剂均产生了高抗性。应采取综合治理措施,结合抗药性情况,合理使用卫生杀虫剂。
Objective To understand the resistance of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus to four commonly used insecticides, deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, diphtheria and secabine, in urban areas of Zhuzhou City. In order to make rational use of insecticides and control strategies, Improve control effect to provide the basis. Methods The half-life lethal concentration (LC50) of four insecticides was detected by immersion method. Results The resistance coefficients of Culex quinquefasciatus to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, diphtheria and sec-butyl were 17 351.63, 12 292.29, 45 and 37.62, respectively. Conclusion Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in Zhucheng urban area had high resistance to four kinds of insecticides. Should take comprehensive control measures, combined with resistance to the situation, the rational use of pesticides.
