我矿是83年末投产年设计能力为90万吨的矿井。投产后的五年里曾五次试图上机采,结果都因各种原因而半路刹机,致使机采程度平均只有11%,导致产量低,投产五年没有达产,效益低,亏损严重,安全差,85年百万吨死亡率高达14人。今年一季度我们一举上了三台高档机组,采煤机械化程度直线上升到67%,并充分发挥了效益,全矿提前65天完成全年生产任务,到11月10日,全矿生产原煤88万吨,全年将破百万吨,首次超过矿井设计能力,并创出单产、效率、消耗、安全等18项历史同期最好水平。回顾我们走过的路程,使我深刻认识到机械化程度提高的关键,是机械的管理。本文就我矿的实践,谈点粗浅认识。
