环氧酚醛胶泥有良好的耐腐蚀性能和良好的机械物理性能,例如它既耐酸又耐碱,与陶瓷板(或钢) 的粘结力强,是一种良好的防腐粘结料。它的成本虽然比环氧胶泥便宜,但人们感到仍然较贵,这就限制了它的广泛应用。因此,在满足使用要求的前提下,进一步降低环氧酚醛胶泥的成本仍然有重要意义。研究单位经试验后指出:环氧树脂与酚醛树脂的比例以70:30较好,60:40也可,不宜采用50:50的胶泥。但在实际使用中并非如此,本文将介绍环氧树脂与酚醛树脂比例为40:60的环氧酚醛胶泥在我厂长期使用的情况。
Epoxy phenolic cement has good corrosion resistance and good mechanical and physical properties. For example, it has both acid resistance and alkali resistance. It has strong adhesion to ceramic plates (or steel) and is a good anti-corrosion adhesive. Although its cost is cheaper than epoxy cement, people still feel that it is expensive, which limits its wide application. Therefore, under the premise of meeting the requirements for use, it is still important to further reduce the cost of epoxy phenolic cement. After the experiment, the research unit pointed out that the ratio of epoxy resin and phenolic resin is better than 70:30, and 60:40 is also acceptable. It is not appropriate to use 50:50 cement. However, in actual use, this is not the case. This article will introduce epoxy phenolic cement mortar with a ratio of epoxy resin and phenolic resin of 40:60 for long-term use in our plant.
