严重的顽固性便闭,常给患者的生活带来痛苦。尽管多方治疗,仍有不少患者无法摆脱这种痛苦。最近作者设计一种新的手术方法,迅速治愈两例先前使用多种治疗而失败的病例,现简介如下。手术方法简便,取下腹部正中切口,游离切断末端迴肠后与降结肠作端侧吻合。整个手术一般不超过一小时。作者列举了两例的治疗经过。例一,女,25岁,患顽固性便闭22年。10年来多次延医无效,甚至每月仅排便一次。后住院治疗,作胃肠道钡餐检查,发现结肠缺乏张力;三天后复查,钡剂仍滞留于升结肠
Severe intractable stool, often to the patient’s life with pain. Despite the multi-treatment, there are still many patients can not get rid of this pain. Recently, the authors devised a new surgical procedure to rapidly cure two cases that failed previously with multiple treatments, as outlined below. The surgical method is simple, remove the incision in the middle of the abdomen, and cut off the terminal ileum and end-to-side anastomosis with the descending colon. The whole operation is generally no more than one hour. The author cites two cases of treatment. Example 1, female, 25 years old, suffering from intractable closed 22 years. Repeated medical treatment over the past 10 years ineffective, or even only once a month defecation. After hospitalization, gastrointestinal barium meal examination revealed a lack of tension in the colon; review after three days, barium still remain in the ascending colon
