本文通过分析阐述权力商品化的主要表现形式,着重探讨了权力市场化的外在特征以及权力商品化与市场化的基本成因,最后阐明公共权力商品化与市场化的法律性质。
By analyzing the main manifestations of the commercialization of power, this paper focuses on the external features of the marketization of power and the basic causes of the commercialization and marketization of power. Finally, it expounds the legal nature of commercialization and marketization of public power.
