技工学校学生的专业技能是通过有计划,有步骤经常不断地实施严格训练获得的。本文针对生产实习教学过程中如何对基本功技能,综合技能实施严格训练,以及如何使严格训练得以顺利进行等方面,根据实践经验提出了一些具体的看法和做法。
The skills of technical school students are obtained through rigorous and regular training, often planned and regularly carried out. This paper puts forward some concrete opinions and practices based on practical experience in the aspects of how to train basic skills and comprehensive skills in production practice teaching and how to make the strict training work smoothly.
