目的:证实钒离子在特定条件下能够少量通过皮肤吸收,为研究钒降血糖、抗癌等作用提供一条新的给药途径。方法:开展经皮吸收扩散实验,用ICP测定磷酸盐缓冲液中钒离子量。结果:钒离子在特定的溶液体系中能够通过皮肤吸收,吸收峰值与价态有关。结论:特定的钒酸盐溶液中钒可经皮吸收达人体需要剂量。
OBJECTIVE: To confirm that vanadium ions can be absorbed through the skin in a small amount under certain conditions, providing a new route of administration for the study on vanadium lowering and anti-cancer effects. Methods: Percutaneous absorption diffusion test was carried out, and the amount of vanadium in phosphate buffer was determined by ICP. Results: Vanadium ions can be absorbed through the skin in a specific solution system. The absorption peak is related to the valence state. CONCLUSIONS: Vanadium in specific vanadate solutions can be absorbed by the human body in doses that are required by the human body.
