平菇谷粒原种由于成本高、操作程序相对繁琐,尤其是污染率提高等诸多问题,导致近年来各生产单位大都改为棉壳基质,且大多数菇农亦喜欢选用棉壳基质的原种.然而棉壳基质原种菌种松散现象又一直困扰着广大生产者.造成松散现象的主要原因,多数认为是①水分问题:瓶上部基料含水率偏低;②细菌污染;③基料装瓶偏松;④灭菌时瓶上半部基料的水分受热散发,等等.笔者通过两年多连续试验,认为松散现象的主要症结在配方,即配方中的辅料添加量及其配伍,在多次试验基础上,今年夏季又综合进行了正交试验,基本验证了笔者的看法.现将结果报告如下.

The results are reported as follows.
