近年来,在小麦产区利用麦秸作原料栽培双孢蘑菇逐年增加,但栽培品种之间的质量和产量差距甚大,为筛选适应麦秸为原料栽培的优良品种,更好地指导服务于生产,我所自1994年起从全国各地引进多个品种,并从中选出七个菌株于1997年进行对比试验,现将试验结果总结如下.
