为了统一航空钢锻件的质量标准及其检验方法,适应航空工业发展的需要,由六二一所、红原锻铸厂负责,黎明机械厂、松陵机械厂、安大锻造厂、红旗机械厂和庆安公司参加组成的编制组,在认真总结经验,反复征求意见的基础上编制了《结构钢、不锈及耐热钢锻件》部标准。经审定通过,已由部批准发布,于一九七八年五月一日实施。现就有关问题作如下说明。
