我在《热处理电炉的炉温分布及其测定》(见《洪都科技》一九七五年第一期)一文中,提到过炉温分布自动测定装置。应用这套装置测量热处理电炉炉温分布,可以将炉膛里各点温度变化情况记录在同一记录纸上,便于比较各点温度并求出这个炉子的炉温差、炉温波动振幅和波动周期。这套装置有着象便携式电位差计一样高的分辨率,又有象自动平衡记录仪一样能自动记录和直读温度的优点。我们称它为“装置”,是因为它由两个仪器组合而成,即由一个便携式直流电位差计和一个自动平衡记录仪组成的。自动平衡记录仪的刻度常数在应用时标定。
In my article “Furnace Temperature Distribution and Measurement of Heat Treatment Furnaces” (see “Hongdu Science and Technology”, Issue 1, 1975), I referred to the automatic determination of furnace temperature distribution. The temperature distribution of heat treatment furnace can be measured by this device. The temperature change of each point in the furnace can be recorded on the same recording paper. It is convenient to compare the temperature of each point and find out the furnace temperature difference, furnace temperature fluctuation amplitude and fluctuation period. The device has the same high resolution as a portable potentiometer, and has the same advantages as an auto-balance recorder that automatically records and reads temperature directly. We call it a “device” because it consists of a combination of two instruments consisting of a portable DC potentiometer and an autobalance recorder. The scale constant of the autobalance logger is calibrated when applied.
