这里发表的关于质量管理方面的四篇文章,在工程实践上具有一定的价值。前三篇的主要内容是:根据所推导的产品合格概率方程特性,指出了提高产品合格率三个途径的数理依据;为产品合格率的统计予报,最佳废品率指标或工程能力指数的确定方法,拟订了数理统计和概率计算的具体办法。这三篇文章经黑龙江省应用数学研究所韩志刚教授审查,并提出如下审查意见:“三篇文章的推理都没有什么问题,可以在实际生产中应用。……从工程实践上来说,可以算是一种革新。”供同志们参考;其中产品合格概率方程的结论与对生产实践的指导意义部份,已在“科学与应用”80年第2期的科研通信栏里发表。至于第四篇“工程能力指数修正问题的探讨,”作者提出了与某些名家不同的看法,本刊也予以发表,以期活跃学术探讨。
The four articles published here on quality management have some value in engineering practice.
