对齿轮误差关系的分析,由早先纯几何学观点逐步演变到运动学观点。在国内外许多文献中,对轮齿上各种误差关系虽有不少研究工作,但都带有一定的局限性,缺乏足够的实践工作。随着光电技术的发展,我国齿轮工作者十几年来对齿轮单面啮合与整体误差等各种新测量方法的研究,为较全面地,系统地分析齿轮上各种误差的关系提供了良好的条件。
The analysis of the relationship between gear errors gradually evolved from the perspective of pure geometry to that of kinematics. In many literatures both at home and abroad, although there are many researches on the relationship between the various errors on the gear teeth, they all have some limitations and lack sufficient practical work. With the development of optoelectronic technology, gear workers in our country more than a decade of gear single-sided meshing and the overall error of the various new measurement methods for a more comprehensive and systematic analysis of the relationship between the gear error provides a good condition.
