祖国正在进行大规模的社会主义工业建设，钢材已成为最宝贵的工业材料，在各项工程中，都要求努力节约钢材，我们设计的两用钻杆，就是在勘探工作中有效节约钢材方法之一。1956年我们就开始设计和试制两用钻杆，今年试制成功，经过现场试验，已证明能有效的起到正反丝两用的作用，现在已决定在长江流域规划办公室所属各钻探队中部分推广，作者希望能通过这篇文章的介绍，使两用钻杆推广到适合应用它的工作单位中去。
The motherland is undergoing large-scale construction of socialist industry. Steel has become the most valuable industrial material. In all projects, it requires efforts to save steel. The dual-use drill pipe we design is an effective method of saving steel in exploration work. one. In 1956, we began designing and trial-producing dual-purpose drill pipes. This year’s trial was successful. After on-site testing, it has proved to be effective in the dual role of positive and negative wire. Now it has been decided in the drill team of the Yangtze River Basin Planning Office. To promote, the author hopes that through the introduction of this article, the dual-use drill pipe can be extended to a work unit suitable for its application.
