目的 :为研究降纤酶、立迈青联合治疗急性脑梗死的作用及效果。方法 :将急性脑梗死患者 15 0例分为降纤酶加立迈青组 ,单用降纤酶组及血栓通组分别在治疗 5d、10d、2 5d观察疗效。结果 :降纤酶加立迈青组显效率为 60 % ,明显高于单用降纤酶组3 0 % ,血液流变学各项指标明显改善。且配合立迈青治疗无一例出血与再闭塞。结论 :脑梗死急性期降纤酶加立迈青治疗疗效肯定 ,配合立迈青能防止血管再闭塞
Objective: To study the effect and effect of defibrase and limaqing combined treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 150 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into defibrase plus Garimezine group, and those with defibrase alone and Xueshuantong group were treated respectively for 5 days, 10 days and 25 days. Results: The defibrase plus ganmaiqing group showed a significant efficiency of 60%, significantly higher than the single defibrase group 30%, hemorheology significantly improved various indicators. And with Li Maiqing treatment without bleeding and reocclusion. Conclusion: Acute phase of cerebral infarction plus defibrase plus Li Maiqing treatment positive effect, with Li Maiqing can prevent vascular reocclusion
