自1988年6月～1999年8月我院收治20例重症中署病人,其中误诊8例,现分析如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组均为男性。年龄19～62岁;农民2例,工人1例,军人17例;中暑发生时间5月～8月。1.2 临床症状 病人均有发热,腋温41℃1例,39～39.9℃11例.38～38.9℃ 3例,37～37.9℃ 5例,昏迷16例,癫癎发作6例,休克2例,剧烈腹痛1例。发病初均有不同程度头痛、头昏、乏力、口渴、大汗、恶心、呕吐、面色苍白、肢体麻木等。1.3 辅助检查 血白细胞均升高,最高升至 16.9 × 109/L,中
