首届全国技术成果交易会于一九八五年五月十五日至六月七日在北京举行。这次交易会是在“中共中央关于科技体制改革的决定”公布后,我国举办的规模空前的技术交易盛会。历时二十五天。冶金部建筑研究总院对这次交易会很重视,参加了由二十五个部直属科研、设计和高等院校组成的冶金部贸易团。从多年来所积累的丰硕成果中选择了四十七项科研成果参加了交易;十二项成果参加了技术服务;并提供了六十七种技术资料。根据交易会的特点,采取不同方式,签订成合同和协议书共四十项,成交额达1119.7668
The first National Technical Achievement Fair was held in Beijing from May 15th to June 7th 1985. The trade fair was an unprecedented technology trading event held after China’s “Decision of the Central Committee on Science and Technology System Reform” was announced. It lasted 25 days. The Ministry of Metallurgical Construction Research Institute attached great importance to this fair and participated in the trade delegation of the Ministry of Metallurgy, which consists of 25 research institutes, design institutes, and higher education institutions. From the abundant achievements accumulated over the years, 47 scientific research achievements have been selected to participate in the transaction; 12 results have participated in technical services; and 67 kinds of technical data have been provided. According to the characteristics of the fair, different methods were adopted to sign a total of 40 contracts and agreements with a turnover of 1119.7668.
